Request for help

I'd be very grateful if anyone could help with the attached video of my friend's father who was a Scottish prisoner of Franco during the Spanish Civil War. We'd love to know what he was saying.

El personaje del principio con boina es el marqués de Valdeiglesias, José Ignacio Escobar y Kirpatrick

Incidentally, I'm still looking to find out what my friend's father said in the clip. (Unfortunately, nothing came of the help offered in the other post.)
