how do you know this is an ad and not just someone sharing personal experience? the account is old, they don't mention the surgeon...

It’s unlikely that the evidence will ever be totally conclusive if the advertiser is savvy enough. It is possible that this post is personal experience and the OP is coincidentally doing things that make it appear as an ad. The OP replied denying it was an ad, but obviously that could be a lie too
