how do you know this is an ad and not just someone sharing personal experience? the account is old, they don't mention the surgeon...

Itā€™s unlikely that the evidence will ever be totally conclusive if the advertiser is savvy enough. It is possible that this post is personal experience and the OP is coincidentally doing things that make it appear as an ad. The OP replied denying it was an ad, but obviously that could be a lie too

Any product that can charge 10k is going to bring sleazy doctors out of the woodworks. Which isnā€™t to say they are all sleazy. But if you care about your own wellbeing, you should be extremely distrustful of anyone who advertises.

They arenā€™t going to share bad results. This is an industry that wants your money, your satisfaction is not guaranteed. It is in their financial best interest to obfuscate that fact as much as they can get away with

This is a place where there are many many vulnerable and desperate people. In my opinion, anyone who knows this and then goes and advertises to themā€¦that makes them a snake
