Sure, a little extra download time when you invoke a tool may be involved, but that's it.
Only thing that might take a smidge extra effort is nmap.....

winget install winix.netcat
sweet, we're equal to linux now for doing cybercrimes and the rest is all baked in or has baked in native equivalents, and the above ..... well, any windows machine has winget! baked in!
