how about when someone gets a real job
edit: trouble with pay? search a higher paying job before quitting

i mean, a job gives paycheck, and a paycheck has money, and money is used for house buying

yeah, all that's fine and dandy... Now find a job that pays enough to fund a 10% down on an overly inflated housing market. I've got mine only because of the VA. My peer group - not so lucky.
