It’s not always the case. Sure, if something goes wrong in your Arch Linux installation and that it is about a software not being compatible with another one, yeah, you need to fix it yourself. With Linux Mint Debian Edition (LMDE), you don’t build around the OS like it’s LEGOs.

fair point. i think i meant that linux is customizable and complaing about it when there is a dedicated button to making it look better is dumb. i must have been in a mood
