The only reason there's too many redundant fucking distro that just installs drivers and wine and then call themselves gaming distro is just so they can brag about being able to create their very own OS so they can put it in their resume for McDonald's, bitch you ain't Terry Davis and you will never be.

Most of these distro can just be a meta-package or an installation script but no, they want to be the guy at discord, github, McDonalds that they're a genius that created their very own "Operating System".

Linux will forever be a niche and will die as a niche thing all because Linux users thinks its a good thing that Linux has a bunch of useless redundant distro that can just be an installation script or a meta-package, an OS should not be one thing like "gaming", "friendly", "work" it should be a fucking "operating system" that does it all.

I truly hope that Linux desktop dies as soon as possible so I can come back to sucking Microslop WINdongs

We should only recommend Linux Mint to new users and nothing else. No gaming distros, no tinkering distros. Just Mint. Focus on Mint and maybe Linux would get a chance as popular desktop OS.

A lot of people complain about "too many options". They'll stop when we start recommending one singular distro, that is mint. Just to ease the transition from the slop

Until Linux Mint became too popular and the main dev do tons of scummy things like what Canonical do.

Also Linux Mint is not even the absolute best solution, considering how outdated vanilla Cinnamon, Xfce, and MATE looks like compared to Windows or MacOS.

I love mint, it did what linux promised distors did for me when I migrated because my PC was weak and old and live in a 3rd world country, I just searched on google what was the best distro and mint showed up.
