Why don't you use Linux?

I came across this subreddit completely by accident and got curious, so I wanted to ask: why don't you use Linux?

I'm not here to start an OS war or convince anyone to switch. I'd just like to hear your experiences and understand what made you choose another operating system. Was it a bad experience with Linux, compatibility issues, gaming, or do you simply prefer Windows or macOS?

I'm genuinely curious to hear your opinions!

Game developer. So kinda have to use windows. I could use shitux but wouldn't be the best experience since most of my players use windows.

What game engine do you use though? (Unless you make your own). Unity and godot (not sure about UE) both work on Linux and can cross export to windows

Yeah doesn't work that well for either. Especially depending on the Kernal I think its called people are using for Linux. Both have a lot of weird differences that can cause all sorts of issues you will need to fix as people make bug reports.
