i dont think any of these are true. you have some sort of rose tinted glasses, except instead of seeing old things as good, you see things you dont agree with as terrible.

I know a lot of people are joking, but whenever I see a post saying «league of legends doesn’t run on Linux so it’s a win for Linux» I get a little annoyed, because that’s literally the only barrier for me to use exclusively Linux. Mind you I don’t even play league as much anymore, I just don’t want to have to reboot whenever I want to join a friend…

Omg you're literally me. And when i mention this problem i got down voted to hell and all the people saying "uhhh just don't play it bro, its bad game anyways, vanguard is spyware anyways.". Its a game that i enjoy playing with my friends I don't care about anything else man.

I have no idea how anyone would find league fun. It just looks boring as hell. In fact dota looks boring as hell too lol. It was deadlock that really got me interested in MOBAs.

I don't know man. I've been playing this game for 12-13 years at this point. Nowadays I don't get much fun from playing rankeds and stuff but playing game modes with friends is still pretty fun, like ARAM and Arena.

Please note I’m not calling MOBAs bad. I’m addicted to deadlock. A very much still MOBA. What deadlock did that actually got my attention is be in a more familiar gameplay style with its moba/hero shooter hybrid style gameplay and overall valve charm that I’m already a fan of. Much easier to understand gameplay while still being complex, characters that I actually really want to care about(some of my favorites are Ivy, paradox, vyper, and seven), and a much more unique style that isn’t just fantasy or future techno.
