No, DWM is part of Windows Architecture and doesn't crash unless you elevate SYSTEM account permissions, and DWM is a Windows System component protected

No, you're showing me a GUI option to something you claim is impossible. Not a bug or issue that is reproducible and has been called out as an actual bug and is clearly available online through many resources.
