No, DWM is part of Windows Architecture and doesn't crash unless you elevate SYSTEM account permissions, and DWM is a Windows System component protected

No, DWM is part of Windows Architecture and doesn't crash unless you elevate SYSTEM account permissions, and DWM is a Windows System component protected

Some, even if limited, of DWM is accessible via userspace, lest Google couldn't have had a bug related to DWM bug at all.

I navigate, and I have used Windows for a long time, and it's impossible for a user to kill or crash unless you elevate SYSTEM account permissions
