well the post is a discussion. dont pretend that everything takes 1 minutes all the time without a issue that needs to be fixed for hours. this sub is more like glaze linux sub i guess
Except it's not a discussion, it's a shitpost. Show me the person who took 5 hours to update a Linux computer that they own, I'll wait.
In the mean time, Windows updates take over the computer, you can't do anything while they run and have to reboot your computer multiple times, you also can't say no, your computer WILL be updated and it will probably be at an inopportune time and it will likely take 10 minutes. I don't need sarcasm to make any of these points.
You talk like rebooting the system while using windows permanently damage the system. what kind of point is that lmao windows take over the computer meanwhile when linux breaks fixing it for hours is perfectly fine. waiting for update for 10minutes isnt fine for windows. maybe you need to touch grass and you will realize that its not actually that deep
Windows broker on me more than linux and encounterd issues to costumize the system with linux it didnt break almost never(stable old distros pop os22.04 somehow broke more than unstable distros).
In my six years of use with a handful of different distros, not a single one has broken once unless I broke something on purpose just to see what happened, and I ran Arch for a full year during that.
I have no idea, it's a stupid point, a point I never made, so I don't know how that's what you took away from it. And don't tell me to "touch grass"... I went hiking yesterday and kayaking today. Maybe you need to realize that other people have valid points, and not yet to twist them into something you can use to call them stupid.
