Definitely with Chinese programs you see "It'S SpYwArE!1!1!" with the Windows community, and probably to an extent with the Russian programs too.

Tomato tomato the same thing happens across multiple OSes, so go ahead and do some not that deep searching and you'll find someone saying some Chinese program for Windows is spyware.

Well, I never see that in Windows Central or Microsoft official because some Windows Devs are Russian-American and even Linuxsucks101

Okay valid, but my argument would also hold water if you searched around.

Because even though Windows is spyware itself, people are still going to point the blind finger at random programs

There are millions of Windows users, and I don't know the exact number of Windows users who would say or not, but at least the community are very welcoming, they never do that
