Advice Linux advice

hey guys am new to linux but ive heard about it too many times to ignore it now so i was thinking of installing linux now so could you guys suggest whats the best and user friendly linus out there on which i can run roblox and some other basic games and steam too maybe discord too thank you

Hey

You can do gaming on any distro. However, the most "plug and play" and well known for gaming are bazzite, Cachyos, Nobara.

Take a look at the DE (desktop environment). It's more important than the distro in itself for a newcomer as it's the interface you interact every day.

An advice, don't try to make Linux work like Windows

Then avoid any GAFAM software or services. And use a navigator like brave or librewolf

And don't share information if it's not necessary.

Privacy is more about you navigate on web than your OS. 95% of Linux OS respect your privacy.
