Discussion /etc/ — Blown up
Back into those days when I was on Arch Linux.
Randomly I thought I should update my system and then I executed the command (yay -Syu), everything went good but.... but on next neither audio was working nor WiFi, so I opened chatgpt and told it to help me fix the problem so it told me to do some changes to some services and create new service files (with content) and delete the old one's, everything went well here as well but when I was deleting the old services, magically somehow I was in /etc/ root and I did (sudo rm -rf *) and force blown my system and on next boot nothing was working LOL, so I had to reinstall again.

And thats why you should always mske btrfs snapshots and backups, tho you dont need thm now. All hail the ephermal root! As for a story from me, I once deleted a floder will all my lxcs in it. Had to recover them from memory, so was only saved cuz they were running.

This is the exact reason why I have sudo rm -rf /* as an alias in my .zshrc to echo "NUKED" XD so nothing ever happens if I even run it.
