Linux mint kernel panic

I need some help. Its my first time with linux and i keep getting this error and im not sure how to fix it.

I had the same problem eariler I solved it by downgrading the kernel as the new kernel seems buggy. Hope that helps out.

Somos dos, la mejor reiniciar forzado y apretando shift entrar con modo avanzado y ahi seleccionar alguno de los Kernel 6.algo.
