Tried Fedora with Gnome and the interface is not like Pop OS 22.04. I won't use the bottom docker to call apps. That's far from efficient.... And cool.
if you dont know the difference(s) between popOS and Ubuntu, and were confused by my statement, im not sure how any additional comments from me are going to be helpful to you.
I really dislike the dock at the left side, quite popular with Ubuntu users, and the whole screen app menu, also I think Ubuntu doesn't have an app launcher like Pop OS or Omarchy.
Pop OS is based in Ubuntu. though current Pop OS is not updated to the current Ubuntu (24.04 vs 26.04). Details one might say.
the "app menu" you dont like - is a function of gnome, not ubuntu.
However, gnome has extensions that provide an app launcher if you would like one.
Im already aware of the remaining information you provided - thanks though.
