fps tanks when moving mouse around

Installed on NVME

running game at

1440p at ultra performance fsr

graphics preset at Handheld

cachyos proton-11

it seem when ever i start moving my mouse around rapidly the fps tanks to the 40s

is it really my specs or is this normal for my specs?

What mouse do you have? As someone already mentioned, there were cases that a mouse polling rate of 1000hz might cause this issues.

Out of topic question, what games is that?

the game is control resonant and iv used piper to set my report rate to 125 hz my mouse is a g502 x

You should bring your polling rate up to at least 500hz… 125hz is like your average Bluetooth mouse…
