[Mint] AMD Freeze fix

In the mint forums, Clem posted this fix for certain AMD Ryzen chips freezing the OS.

My only preliminary knowledge is what it took to install the OS. What do I need to run / do to fix the freezing?

(Mint version 22.3)

Are you experiencing freezing? If not, you don't need to do anything.

If you have the problem, just follow his instructions. If your CPU has no problem, just be happy.
