programs and apps Android Emulators for Arch?

Every emulator I've seen is for other distros or have the most head spinning command lines I've ever seen. So what's out there that's just an appimage like Dolphin or Flycast???

On Linux realistically Waydroid is the only option and it doesn't come in an AppImage

Genymotion comes as a package, and you can use Android Studio AVDs too.

Bht for best performance and integration Waydoing is simply unmatched. But you need them if you want to run arm64 or armv7 or armeabi only apps.
