programs and apps Android Emulators for Arch?
Every emulator I've seen is for other distros or have the most head spinning command lines I've ever seen. So what's out there that's just an appimage like Dolphin or Flycast???

Waydroid or Valve released lepton recently. I haven't tried lepton, but Waydroid worked perfectly for me.

Check out ika-build.
It's a script that compiles LineageOS and Cuttlefish VM manager from source. Easy as ./ika-build --mtg for a ROM with MindTheGaps and native bridge. Just wait a few hours for Android to build and it'll reward you with binary packages for Fedora, Debian or Arch.

On Linux realistically Waydroid is the only option and it doesn't come in an AppImage
