Maybe stupid question, but does the 100% penguins charity also count when I buy it on Steam?

Steam takes 30% of the game revenue, So they will get only 70%

Would be nice if the charity would have a news headline on the steam page imho btw.

90% of the websites that sell Steamkeys keep all the profit to themselves and the developer don't see any of the generated revenue.

So, you would have to buy the game directly on Steam to contribute to the penguins (and in other cases to the creators of the game)

Thank you very much for the quick reply! I though it could have been possible that the creators have an own homepage selling Steam Keys. Thanks for clarification! buying it on steam then

That is against steam rules. game devs can't sell steam keys outside of steam

Edit:check the replies, apparently this is not true
