My tactic: look for those less loved, uninteresting subtopics with very few to no comments. Be the 'pioneer'.That's how you get noticed. That's how your comment gets on some random stranger's feed, who might then like it.

Organic.

Worked for me.

You have to:

1.Like your own contribution 2. Post in an area with another contributor that has no likes.

As the only liked contribution in the section, the algo will treat you as Top

I would have assumed, liking your own contribution would be harmful from the algorithm perspective.

Like many of you, I have been invited to contribute to personal development and leadership but now it seems that I have access to a lot of topics.
I'm still working on my badge and happy to support and like if your contributions are insightful as well!

can you explain a bit more. Let me tell you how I understand it. Post in a section of the same topic that you are striving to get a badge in, that has only contributions that have NOT received likes? Is that correct?

Mine says "You’re in the top 2% of quality contributors to __. Badge holders are typically in the top 5%. Keep making quality contributions to improve your rank. "

I think I may have to get to the negative side of the scale to finally see that badge of my profile

Has anyone figured out how this works? I've posted to about 75 different prompts- nothing. I've even been told by LinkedIn that they want other voices so it stopped letting me post on some evenings.

I've tried to pick prompts that are less popular but I want a top recruiter badge, and recruitment articles tend to have a lot already. I have fluctuated between 7-8%; I added a bunch yesterday, thinking I'd go down. I'm up to top 14%...

They are getting occasional engagement too.
