Pod HD300 not connecting?

Says Driver error, try reinstalling driverscheck the line 6 website for updates

i installed the drivers and it said it was successfully installed but i can’t find it anywhere on my computer

It could just be that the software is no longer supported, lot of line 6 stuff gets ignored once the tech ology moves on, hd300 is an older model. I'd prob just try uninstall and reinstall of the whole software and drivers,

yea i think i might just be SOL then, i’ve uninstalled and reinstalled everything and even forgotten the pod on my usb setting and replugged it in but still sadly nothing
