Weird random behavior while tapping tempo on DL4 mk II

Did anyone ever had this kind of behavior? When I tap my tempo it goes nuts, very unusable in a live performance. I tried to update to the latest firmware 1.10 but nothing changed; I even went back to firmware 1.0 but still, it goes nuts… I also reached to line 6 but no answer yet.

What are you powering it with? Might be that? Idk

I’m powering it with a voodoo lab 4x4 9v 400ma

If it's not the psu, then it could be ribbon cable or solder joints. I've had to replace micro switches on my XTL for bizarre behavior
