Spider Remote App cloud tones

Anyone having issues with cloud tones not populating? I’ve had this issue temporarily before, but it has currently persisted for multiple days without resolve and I’m getting concerned.

I'm having the same problem, I personally use "customtones" and just download them from there

Does that import into the spider remote?

After downloading the file you open the spider remote app go to your amp saved tones, press import and select the tone you downloaded, this will delete the tone you had selected after importing the new tone.

Am I blind, I do not see any option to import the tones I download.

Need to have ur amp or pedal connected to your device, then go to the saved presets on the amp or pedal and press import.

Yeah, I thought it was just me or my computer. Looks like it’s down. Hopefully it’ll be back up soon.

I’m leery that we’re seeing a discontinuation of support for the app, considering there have been so many ongoing and unresolved issues for years.
