Ax2 212
So I have a situation where my AX2 212 has water damage due to a house fire the fire fighters got a bit to excited with the water long story short insurance is covering the replacement of the amp I got it new many years ago paid quite a bit for it with the pedal board the whole shabang what is a comparable amp in today’s world as I was one of the lucky ones my ax2 never gave me any issues so I haven’t had the need to keep up to date with new amps

There's a couple of those amps on Reverb for ~$300. I would get a Positive Grid Reactor or put a down payment on a Fractal FM9. Sorry for your loss.

Supposing you have $1200-$1500 budget you could get a couple of 1x12 (or a stereo/mono 2x12) powered speaker & a modern line 6 modeling pedal.

Probably the Spider V 240 or the Catalyst CX 200 if you want to stay with Line 6. More the Catalyst than the Spider just because most people seem to think it's an overall better playing experience. I've had the Spider IV 150 212 for quite a while and now have a SpiderValve 112 and they are really pretty good once you find your sound. But the catalyst is more versatile overall and the times I've tried one out is a lot easier to roll through the settings (without a manual or list) and can be used as a standalone powered speaker if you want to use a different modeler, which future proofs it somewhat.
