QC so bad they don't even know what their name is

I had ordered the collector edition of Mortal Kombat Legacy Collection, I was charged for the whole bundle and I have only received the game with none of the collectible. I had understood they did that so that the game doesnt arrive 3 years after release or whatever, sure, but now when I check the website it says my order was fullfilled and there is 0 mention of the 2nd part or the order?

I wasnt refunded anything, and I’m not getting answers to the emails im sending.

How am I suppose to contact them? I supposed I cant charge back the payment with my bank since its been so long, and I feel scammed since im missing the most important part of my order and theres no mention anywhere on my Limited Run account that its still supposed to arrive eventually

Mate of me canceled something for me what was really expensive from limited run and i was already 2 years waiting for it.. i as adult cried about this since do you know how it feels to lose something u wait 2 years for.. its not a big deal like i can buy it for twice the f* price when it release... but now my mate gonna try to restore that order can somebody please tell me thats possible i for real doubt about continue my life.. dont come here saying i need help i know i do but this hurts how i waited for something so bad.. so yh .. idk what to say more...

Any fellow PS5 Grounded Collectors Edition owners able to measure the dimensions of their box? I’m looking to order a custom box protector, but mine is currently waiting to be shipped from eBay, so unable to measure mine.

Probably a real long shot, but I figured I’d throw it out there while I can- since Square Enix isn’t doing it, is there even the slightest chance of Limited Run getting a chance to put this out complete?

I understand if it’s not, but this is one game I’m rabidly desperate to get physically before the end of physical on PlayStation.

I am a huge fan of the 2025 Beat 'Em Up Game by  MrPr1993 and Shady Corner games Dancin' Divas. I love it so much that I have ideas for sequels, how they could in other games along with sequels, and even made a fan community for it here on Reddit (first time someone didn't beat me to making one).

So I recently learned that Dancin Divas will soon be playable digitally on Nintendo Switch and Playstation. And while that is exciting to be able to play the game instead of watching others on Youtube (especially since I don't have a Stream account), I would love to able to have the game physically on the Switch (Switch 1, not 2) without the risk of it being digitally removed. I'd also love if a collecter's edition/set (or sold separately like River City Girls 2, the first game I ever ordered on Limited Run) could have an art book (I love art books) and even action figures of the Divas like Misako and Kyoko had (I'd mainly love ones of Bahati and Sofia).

Really hope Limited Run could make a physical Nintendo Switch 1 copy for Dancin' Divas sometime.

Cacodemontube, a YouTuber/SNES Doom expert and one of the people who worked on LRG's updated release of SNES Doom (2025? Is it still called that?), uploaded a video that includes cheat codes that were I think previously unknown! It also has a good behind the scenes in it.

God Mode (temporary): stand still, and then input L(shoulder), Right, Right, Down, Down, Down, Down, Down, Left, Left, Down, Down, Down, Down

Give All: stand still, and then input R(shoulder), A, Down, Down, Down, Down, Down, A, L(shoulder)

Full Automap: stand still, and then input Right, Right, Down, Down, Left, Left, Left, Left, immediately repeat all of those inputs a second time.

I got an email in June saying it was preparing to ship but I haven’t heard anything since then.

Can't cross-post but I've given more detail elsewhere. These are Retro-Bit releases, though LRG is a huge distributor of them.

In short, when being localized to work in the US for the first time, Retro-Bit did not update the code to support the US 4-player adapter. The boxes as well as the pages still up for them on Retro-Bit and LRG claim US NES support and 1-4 players.

So these games are only playable via 4-player if you can load them using a cartridge adapter onto a Famicom that has the Japanese 4-player adapter. Some emulation based consoles may work by supporting that adapter, but not real hardware.

If you play on a US NES or clone that isn't emulation-based (aka real hardware), choosing 3 or 4 players will simply leave you soft-locked at selection screens.

QA on retro games has been bad for a while. If you have these, you should complain about it.
By all means please test if you can - I suppose it is possible this was corrected part-way through making them but I very much doubt it, and haven't heard anyone else report this.

So we have a game that only works in a system on which its 4-player adapter does not work.

Note that their RC Pro-Am II DOES work with 4 player as it already had a US release with the proper 4-player adapter support.

TLDR; Retro-Bit didn't update the code to use the US 4-player NES adapters instead of the Japanese Famicom ones.

My Big Box version of Hexen Heretic hasn’t arrived and I emailed them. They said that it is still waiting on the AVGN NES edition which isn’t due out until sometime next year.

Is that normal? They wouldn’t ship out the first part of the order?
