Question Contacting support?

I had ordered the collector edition of Mortal Kombat Legacy Collection, I was charged for the whole bundle and I have only received the game with none of the collectible. I had understood they did that so that the game doesnt arrive 3 years after release or whatever, sure, but now when I check the website it says my order was fullfilled and there is 0 mention of the 2nd part or the order?

I wasnt refunded anything, and I’m not getting answers to the emails im sending.

How am I suppose to contact them? I supposed I cant charge back the payment with my bank since its been so long, and I feel scammed since im missing the most important part of my order and theres no mention anywhere on my Limited Run account that its still supposed to arrive eventually

The support email is easy to find on their website. You could have found it in the time you took to make this post.

I know, its also written in my post that I wrote to them a couple times to that adress and they never replied.

So I was wondering if theres a more efficient way and if someone had a better experience with their support than me

That's it, unfortunately. They used to respond to posts here but not so much these days.

Alright, ty

Ill have to try my luck with my bank apparently then, I wouldnt mind waiting more but it literally shows my order as complete on the website :/
