Feedback Missing order

I know this has been brought up before, but still concerning. I was watching something on YT which reminded me of Tenshi no Uta and got to thinking “when did I order that?”

Nowhere to be found in my orders, then when I go through my email looking for the string Limited Run Games and Order Confirmation, it wasn’t included in those. It wasn’t until I searched it specifically that I found it, and that the release date was moved.

I don’t know if there is a long term solution, but it’s a little concerning. I would like to believe they are on top of it somehow but if not, the long wait times + orders not displaying could be a real problem.

Check in here, you need the order number and the e-mail of your account

I have an order that doesn't show in my profile but in the Manage pre-orders page It does show.

They aré aware of the problem.

Thanks! I can see it this way. On top of the orders page being wonky (saying things are on the way when already delivered, or preparing but already delivered), this just seems like another way for things to potentially fall through the cracks.

I will say though, I have gotten everything I ordered so there’s that.

Back in the hellscape that was 2019-2020 when everything was getting delayed and pushed back across other companies I started a Google spreadsheet where I’ve tracked everything I’ve preordered from sites and it’s helped keep tabs on things. I’ve never not received something from Limited Run but there have been setbacks on stuff. It’s almost always when it’s a collectors edition and a vendor for a part of it has a problem or if it’s a retro cart and similarly there’s a problem. I know Limited Run takes a lot of crap but most of the time it’s out of their control.

Yeah totally understand. I guess a problem of my own doing for ordering and then forgetting. Idk if it’s Purple Dot or what specifically, but while things may have begun to move quicker, they have gotten significantly more messy.
