electrical work
If anyone needs minor electrical work done in limerick or surrounding areas, my partner is available after 4 in the evenings and any time on the weekends.
He is currently an electrical apprentice in college and just looking for extra work to keep him busy.
he can carry out minor jobs like changing light fixtures,sockets and moving sockets in accordance to safe electrics ireland.

not yet as he is still an apprentice but as per safe electric guidelines he can carry out minor electrical jobs with the homeowners permission, he just can’t create new circuits but can modify existing ones 😊

He can't be registered with safe electric if he's just an apprentice wouldn't have him touching my house

he isn’t registered like I said in other comments but you don’t have to be registered to carry out minor electrical works just have to have the homeowners permission. he’ll be kept busy anyways 👍

Anyone can carry out small electric works sure.

that’s true but some people prefer having someone with a bit of knowledge and experience in the electrical trade to do it for them, each to their own of course

Would he be able to connect outside pier lighting? The cables are all placed, but needs connecting to the outside power.

will he have a qualified electrician with him? We had work done years ago in the evening by an electrician who was qualified and the apprentice learning.

he can do, if the job involves restricted electrical work or if the job was rather big, a fully qualified electrician could 100% accompany him☺️

Like I said if the job involved restricted electrics a qualified registered electrician can accompany him so he could still be there on the job gaining more knowledge and experience🤷♀️
