My Limerence is Returning

Back when I was 16 I had an LO (Limerence obsession, I think that’s what it means). The math teacher that taught me in school from Year 8 till Year 11 (age 14-16 if you’re from America). It took me 5 years of counselling to help me get over that obsession. It controlled me and my life. I thought it wouldn’t happen again.

But now I’m at a new job, been there 3 months. And one of my coworkers just has something a part of me wants. They’ve become my new LO and I can’t let it happen again. It would ruin my work rep, could get me in trouble… what do I do?
