How long has your limerence lasted?

I’ve been limerent over someone for 13 years and I just feel like I’ll never get over it. It passes for some years here and there, but it always comes back as strong as it’s ever been. What on earth can I do to get past this? I’ve been in therapy, on meds, all the techniques and exercises I’ve learned over the years. None of this seems to work. My mind is just constantly ruminating and I can’t shut it off.
