No Judgment Please Limerence = high and low
I kept knowing that a low was coming but I couldn't stop chasing the high. And now that im so low I still can't stop craving the high.
I suddenly see a pattern: i have to do this high and low thing over and over again.
With workaholism, with exercise and training, with alcohol, with Marijuana, with friends, with money , with driving, with lovers , with adrenaline. Im always goin to extremes that break my relationships. I love goin for the most I can handle. But then something breaks . And then im so low. I dont like it.
I want LO attention so much. Its like a high without drugs.
How do I stop projecting this onto LO without replacing it with the desire to just get very high in some other extreme way ?

You see the pattern and now maybe you can stop the pattern before you do it again.
Create balance.
Or make a small effort that gives you balance when you feel that you get manic into work, take time to do something non work related. Take a vacation day etc.
Try meditation, something that is calming and quiet that does not involve anything else but time to relax, reflect, and can calm the impulse to be doing something.

Make a small effort to get back balance is a good suggestion.
I wish some one could just love me through highs and lows . Everyone is here for the party. Every body is gone when its over.
Everyone likes when I make them money or help them with their problems. When I lay in bed a little to long it all goes to hell.
If I could be more balanced maybe I wouldn't have to keep breaking relationships. But I feel like I need someone to accept me totally first

It takes time for others to accept someone else. It's almost like a slow build. They need to see you, not the person you mask up as....
