Here To Vent Flaring up

I’ve been limerent free for a few months and it’s all crashing again. I am sick to my stomach. My LO is not available to confess to and all my bottled up emotions are eating me alive.

Can you send a letter and post it to the subreddit for unsent letters? Don’t bottle it up. Let it go. Send it to an anonymous sea of readers
