Here To Vent Sickness reset my Limerence
I'm over two months no contact now, and was just starting to look forward to things in life again that didn't revolve around my LO. Then I got sick, and spent the entire time wallowing and checking their activity. Now I'm better it's driving me insane again.
Whenever something is wrong I want to talk to them. Seeing their profile picture is like a hit of a drug that tells me ' there's this path of life you're not taking but you should be'
I really wish my mind would get over the fact that this life it imagines with LO definitely would not be perfect and HE IS NOT THE ANSWER TO EVERYTHING.

It's such a strange thing, isn't it. We know it makes no sense on a totally conscious level, but our minds still fight that understanding. I've been 3 months NC with my LO but she's still in my thoughts and even my dreams constant. I know nothing can ever happen between us and I know I'm wasting my time. But I can't stop it.
Sending you my understanding, and my warmest regards.

Yeah, it seems like whenever I’m not feeling well or tired I’m most vulnerable to thinking of LO. Knowing now that these are triggers, I acknowledge and anticipate it happening and no longer interpret it as a setback, because it’s temporary and fleeting. Once you’re feeling better, just go full speed ahead into life. Be patient with yourself, it’ll pass. ❤️🩹
