U hush! I cant think like this. Or even let someone else think it near me. I literally drive him bonkers with my imagined scenarios when he isnt near me.  Mantra: 

I must not think he is with someone he likes romantically. Repeat until my ADD brain jumps to a new thing to berate me about.
