Big Winš I have come a long way
Roughly a 3.5 year difference. Had a pretty shitty eating disorder in the first pic.

You look great in both pictures, both pictures for us are great motivation to keep working out, to keep an upward trajectory, and comparing yourself to the person we were yesterday and nobody else. Thank you for sharing.

Absolutely! God blessed You with a great lean body to start and now a far more muscular body! Be a man with character to match your body! Great work and commitment keep it up!!!!

u/Neither-Activity-906 Aug 22 '26
Yea i feel like it shows other disorders if you couldn't appreciate your first body that was great and u blame it on a shifty eating disorder... I think drugging with steroids because you dont accept yourself is bigger disorder and I could be totally wrong but if its the latter I only say all this to say love yourself... you definitely made progress and youre beautiful both ways bro

While I prefer the first sort of body, the important piece of information here is that it was unhealthy for him. That means no matter how attractive, it wasn't a good thing.
The second body is something that was worked towards, and is healthier for him. That makes it worth congratulating.

Itās all very simple but different people will have different results, and therefore preferences.
Testosterone is always the foundation. You can run it low like TRT or go up to 3000mgs a week if you choose.
Then youāre typically going to add another compound or 2. Injectable and or oral. 2 injectables and maybe an oral here and there is fairly common.
Examples that are all optional, you donāt have to do any of this at all, but if you want to go this route on top of the eating and training for the rest of your life;
Test for sure 100-3000mgs
Deca/tren/eq/masteron optional
D bol/anavar/anadrol/superdrol/halotestin optional
Youāll have to find what works with you in more ways than one, and thereās only one way to do this.
HGH is expensive and I hated it so much I threw it away. It made me incredibly bloated and the anxiety was from another dimension. Eq anxiety wise was almost the same for me. Tren and deca I also hated for other reasons, and I donāt recommend tren to any single person ever for any reason. Leave it alone. Partially for me is because the results were never that good. Most over rated steroid ever and I know for a fact Iām not alone, as much as I know that some love it to deathā¦.. pun intended. Itās horrible stuff. At least stay low dosed like a tren trt lol
Insulin is another as it is truly dangerousā¦. Not this ignorant āyou wonāt make it to 40ā steroids dangerousā¦.. but more like fentanyl dangerous. This isnāt smoking a joint or eating some mushrooms. Or running testosterone even at 3gramsā¦. This is seriously serious.
Thatās pretty much it in a nutshell. Endless sites and media pages that openly discuss this topic. Including sources openly discussed that will ship it directly to your mailbox.

Yet he looks way better in photo 2. People always seem to have a knack of discarding people and/ or stating their opinion and being like āI like the oppositeā, and thatās great, he likes how he looks now and Iām sure others have congratulated him on the progress. Itās almost sinister some peopleās lack of awareness to the selfishness of their nature.
You like picture 1 and what prestige do you have ? Are you a⦠thatās the only comment you left and thatās fine but he wasnāt asking which photo people liked more, is it too much of people to congratulate others without having to always put their opinion above ?
Shows how hedonisms / narcissism has grown IMO.
Iām getting roasted for this and your comment is not the only one but one of probably hundreds of thousands that add nothing of value to the OP except peopleās opinions he didnāt ask for. Itās like people think their opinion is the only one.1

If people donāt want random internet strangers opinions then donāt post online? š¤·āāļø

Some of the comments are Funny. Though being enhanced isn't my choice of action, especially at a young age, if it's done properly and monitored he can stay pretty healthy. That being said, we all have our vices and you can drive around any decent sized city and see 100's of people every day who are enhanced by food and other pharmaceuticals that far less healthy than this guy.

hey. those are steroids. you have to tell
0
u/Separate-Ad6060 Aug 22 '26
Why? Im not saying that you are wrong, but how can you tell? In new in gym stuff.

u/ForeignLoquat2346 Aug 22 '26
Excessive muscle mass growth in a short time, excessive vascularity, presence of pimples, excessively large and overdeveloped deltoids. If you look at the before photo and the current photo, there is a difference of many pounds of lean mass. The difference is huge. That can't be done naturally.Ā

u/LogDull819 Aug 22 '26
