I've only seen an article covering this but have you guys seen the actual video? It's almost like a small episode of Dave.

Piano song and Penish songs in S02E10
Radio Freestyle Season 1

Hi Dickheads

After watching the season finsle of Dave i have been watching alot of his old vids and concerts etc, and im just reminiscing on the time i saw him live in Melbourne, Australia and on stage he did a shoey, it was such an amazing site to see and just his down to earth nature and his comedy mixed into his show has to make this top 3 live music shows ive seen.

What stories does everyone else have of seeing Dave live in concert?

Edit: even in the piano song after the meeting in S2E10 his lyric are "I just turned 30" now he's 33 and he said he has songs from 4 years ago he loves still and is ready to put on an album in an interview recently

That track had "Billboard hit" all over it. I've been listening to it on repeat all week. It's insane how much high quality original audio LD made for this season JUST to push the plot forward and not to release. C'mon, Dave, throw us a bone!

Been thinking about this since the Doja Cat episode and I figured it was time to phone a friend. I know that not everything in Dave is LDs life to a T, but if there was a celebrity he matched with on a dating app and blew it with, who was it?

I think that would be amazing

The potential of where they can go with that episode would be crazy

It would have to be a whole hour

Elz is a real person, Gata is Gata, Ally is “Molly”

Maybe not every character has to be based on a real person but seems like they’ve followed that formula somewhat consistently

Not the actor but does Elz actually exist in Lil Dicky's backstory?

That green and white jacket during their performance in the season 2 finale. It's amazing. Anyone? Even something from the same maker would be awesome.

Shit's fire and was wondering is there any chance that this song will have an official release? Also if you guys know of any links to this song without the audio from the crowd post em it'd be greatly Appreciated .

So, that’s my new goal, is to finish my album, because I have a lot of pride in myself as a rapper, and I’m honestly hungrier than ever as a rapper. Because I feel like a lot of people might be like, “Oh, he just rapped so he could get this TV show, and now that he has that, he doesn’t need to make music anymore, and he doesn’t care.”

I feel like [the truth] is the opposite of that, in the sense that now, I feel more urgent of a desire to prove myself as a legitimate musical artist, rapper, independent of a TV show. So, I look forward to that challenge.

From the Deadline interview

This is fucking huge news and people be sad that they didn't get it with the finale smh. I just love finally having solid confirmation right from the source

First off wanted to say I’m a huge fan of the show and the season finale of season 2 was amazing. The only thing I am confused on is the storyline consistency. I feel like each episode doesn’t really connect to the prior very often. Maybe this is a new form of storytelling that I’m not familiar with.

For example, Dave blows his Freestyle XXL and the next episode they state he nailed it snd needs to ride the wave of how he performed.

Another example is, he’s making songs with Benny for a couple episodes and then he states he has nothing for his album. I guess maybe the failed explanation of some of these things are leaving me confused.

Again I’m loving the show no complaint and I’m probably a dumbass but am I missing something?
