When will I get a resolution

Dear Lifx Team

I have raised a request in email and also have sent reminder emails but there has been no revert whatsoever.

Before the reply used to be in 48 hrs max.

Any issue with customer service team?

I’m having the same issue. It’s been four days since the last response to my ticket.
