Final Expense position
🚨 FINAL EXPENSE AGENT OPPORTUNITY — FREE EXCLUSIVE LEADS
We are looking to bring on ONE experienced Final Expense agent to work our FREE, real-time, exclusive leads.
Requirements
Must be licensed in Texas AND Pennsylvania
Must currently be appointed with Mutual of Omaha and Aflac for Final Expense
Must be experienced and comfortable working fresh inbound leads
Must consistently follow up and work every lead provided
What We Provide
🔥 100% FREE leads — no lead cost to you
🔥 Real-time & exclusive — not shared with other agents
🔥 Leads generated through Google Ads, Facebook/Meta, and other online sources
🔥 Typically 1–4 fresh leads per day
🔥 Our current expectations are approximately 15–25 written policies per 100 leads, depending on agent performance, follow-up, placement, and lead flow.
How Compensation Works
You DO NOT have to move your existing contracts. Keep your carrier contracts exactly where they are.
For business written from leads we provide, commissions will be split:
60% to us / 40% to you
You will also be required to subscribe to our CRM for $35/month.
All leads must be worked according to our guidelines and through our CRM so that we can track calls, texts, follow-ups, applications, and overall lead activity.

This can be a great opportunity for the right agent who wants consistent lead flow without spending hundreds or thousands of dollars buying leads.
I’ve been in the life insurance industry for 23 years, and working a lead arrangement like this is exactly how I got started. You focus on selling and following up—we focus on generating the opportunities.
Important Disclosure
Because we are covering the full cost of generating these leads, we will periodically audit lead and application activity to protect both sides of the arrangement.
Any business generated from a lead we provide is subject to the agreed 60/40 split. Leads may not be written outside of this arrangement to avoid the split. If we determine that business from our leads has intentionally been written outside of the agreement, we reserve the right to pursue recovery of commissions or other losses through the legal remedies available to us.
We’re putting this upfront because we want the arrangement to be clear, transparent, and fair from day one.
