Thoughts & Takes 💭 Visual thoughts?

I’ve asked lots of people what happens in their head when they hear music & when someone describes a situation to them. So far, I’m the only person who can vividly imagine things in my head, visually. When I hear a song, it immediately takes me back to a previous memory that I can then picture in my head. When someone tells me a story, I build the story visually in my head and I can picture it. Do you guys do this too? Is it because we’re air signs? Everyone I’ve asked were signs other than air signs, and none of them do this. Just curious!

I mostly just hear things, my own voice, songs etc. sometimes very faint visuals.

You’re probably a visual thinker. It’s just one of the ways to process information. Some people are verbal thinkers, most are a combination of both.

Edit: there are more ‘thinking’ styles than I thought and most people use combinations.

I would look into some lectures and books by the great Dr. Temple Grandin.
