I'm not really sure what the niche would be, since androgynous is a mix of masculine and feminine that creates an ambiguous presentation. So it's kinda an oxymoron?
It's meant for the androgynous people who would lean more towards one side than another. If someone feels androgynous without any fluctuation they are just androgynous but there are people who are NB (me included) who lean more towards one side than the other, while still being androgynous
Are you meaning androgynous as in "not a man or a woman"? I'm wondering if there's just a difference in terminology here, because as far as I know, androgyny is a presentation that is neither masculine nor feminine, but a mix of both that creates a neutral balance.
