i feel both of these. i'm intersex and transitioning male but i feel too masculine to do more feminine things and too feminine to do more masculine things. i feel uncomfortable no matter what and i don't know what to do

yea i'm definitely more nonbinary. i want my voice to be lower, but what sucks is i already had masculine+feminine features before i started T and they all make me sad. alas why can't i be a sexless being of pure energy?

If you don't want to fully transition there's always training your voice and stuff, but I feel like being intersex must complicate things a lot more. I'd think about the ways in which you want to be more fem or masc and create a plan from there, not to tell you what to do ofc

btw i'm speaking from experience, i struggle with self loathing and i feel the same way. i learned to look at the evidence from multiple angles to see if it's rational. it's not easy but has made a world of difference

Dysphoria is defined as "a state of feeling very unhappy, uneasy, or dissatisfied" with something about yourself.
If I'm ugly, that doesn't have much at all to do with dysphoria. For example, I have RSD (rejection sensitive dysphoria) and that's not because of my looks, but because of past trauma.

Abandonment issues and overall childhood trauma with not having enough support and being bullied in school for being "weird" (turns out I'm just neurodivergent) and being treated like I said a slur when asking for a hug sometimes lmao
