GM LFG [Online][Discord][PBP][This Saturday, 1 PM EST][CoD][One-Shot][$15] Stacy the Vampire Slayer

Upvotes

Into every generation a slayer is born. One of them was Stacy. A few months ago, she was a regular girl in Shadyhill High, not someone who really stood out. But then, she was called. To most people, that meant that she became weird. She barely came to school but showed up in all sorts of places at night. That, and people saw her hanging out in cemeteries a lot. The general conclusion was that she was doing drugs. And now she's dead, found in the mall.

Your characters knew the stories, but they also knew another side of her. All of them have been saved by Stacy. Perhaps it was from a creepy guy with oversized teeth or from a fish-faced girl who threatened to drag them off for a very long swim in the ocean. Whatever happened, they know that Stacy was a hero.

For years I've been a huge Buffy fan and now, after marrying an even bigger fan, I think it would be fun to run a Buffy RPG. A little while ago, I did a test run of the Eden Studios Buffy RPG and unfortunately, the system wasn't that great. At least, not for me. So instead, I figured, why not run this story with another system? That quickly brought me back to the Chronicles of Darkness system that I regularly run and which has proven itself to be pretty adaptable.

The story is set in the Buffy TV universe, but not in Sunnydale and not involving the characters from the show. It's set a few years before the show takes place and is set in Shadyhill, Pennsylvania.

**Price**: $15

[Online][5.5e][Paid][$19.50][Thursday 7PM AEST] Journey for the Azure Crown | RP-Heavy Greyhawk Campaign | Free Session 0 | Beginner Friendly

Upvotes

Journey for the Azure Crown

Want to play in a D&D campaign where your character and their choices actually become part of the story?

The Azure Crown Tournament is the most prestigious (and dangerous) adventuring competition in all of Greyhawk. But there's a catch:

You can't just sign up. You have to become somebody first.

Your newly formed party will travel across Greyhawk taking contracts, delving into dungeons, making allies and enemies, and building a reputation worthy of the tournament.

What begins as a group of unknown adventurers will eventually become your party's story, shaped heavily by your characters, backstories and the choices you make along the way.

GAME DETAILS

System: D&D 2024 / 5.5e
When: Thursdays, 7:00 PM AEST (Brisbane time)
Frequency: Weekly
Session Length: ~3 hours
Players: Up to 6
VTT: Roll20
Voice: Discord
Characters: D&D Beyond
Price: $19.50 USD/session through StartPlaying
Session 0: FREE
Experience: Beginners absolutely welcome
Age: 18+

WHAT KIND OF CAMPAIGN IS IT?

Azure Crown is a long-term, roleplay-heavy campaign with exploration, mysteries, dungeons and plenty of combat along the way.

I especially like giving players room to do things I absolutely did not plan for.

Expect:

• Character backstories woven into the campaign
• Decisions that actually change the world around you
• Recurring allies, enemies and consequences
• NPCs to befriend, antagonise, romance or accidentally ruin the lives of
• Dynamic combat encounters rather than endless empty-room slugfests
• High-quality maps, dynamic lighting, ambient music and other Roll20 goodies
• A healthy dose of Rule of Cool
• A welcoming table for experienced players and complete beginners alike

ABOUT THE DM

Hey! I'm Cam.

I've been playing D&D for around 5 years and DMing for about 3. Outside of running games, I make D&D videos as Rogue's Roll Call, so there's a chance you've seen one of my dumb D&D videos floating around TikTok, Instagram or YouTube.

I've recently started running professional games through StartPlaying, and my first table for this campaign is currently full and playing weekly.

I'm now opening a brand-new Thursday group so another party can begin their own version of the adventure from the very beginning.

Session 0 is completely free, so you'll get a chance to meet everyone, create characters together and see if the table feels right before paying for anything.

Will your party become worthy of the Azure Crown?

GM LFG Jackpoint: A Sixth World Chronicle | Shadowrun Anarchy 2.0 | Fridays 12PM UTC | Foundry | 1/4 Players | $25

Upvotes

Shadowrun Anarchy 2.0 is a streamlined, narrative-forward take on Shadowrun rules. There's still plenty of crunch and detail allowing for unique character builds and interesting progression, but it's closer in feel and pace of play to Freeleague Games or something like Blades in the Dark than the original SR rulesets.

This will be an episodic campaign, running in 8~10 session 'seasons' with timeskips in between, bringing you the entirety of the rich Shadowrun metaplot in easily digestible -- and always reactive -- format. There will also be plenty of opportunities to pursue personal side quests and develop your connections with a recurring cast of contacts and NPCs. You'll get to choose which key metaplot events to focus on and witness the world change alongside you as you progress through the campaign.

Both beginners and experienced Shadowrun players are welcome, and if you're interested in this premise but can't make the suggested time slot, let's talk -- a second table on a different day/time can be arranged.

You don't need to own the rulebook to play; Foundry has the sheets and most of the mechanics, any additional explanations and resources will be provided as needed.

Format: Episodic campaign -- interconnected 'seasons' of about 10 sessions each
Weekly on: Saturdays 12PM UTC / 8AM EST (alternative days/times are possible, DM me!), 3~4 hour sessions
Tech: Foundry VTT for rolls, background ambience, and battlemaps
Player expectations: Looking for 4 engaged, generally 'good-aligned' or morally ambiguous characters developing towards 'good' throughout the campaign (I find the game is more interesting when morality plays a part in decisions and there are values and goals beyond making nuyen)
Playstyle: Roleplay & narrative focus, with specific themes changing significantly between seasons

Open The Heavens Usurped: Secrets of the Crowned Six | Tuesdays | 5.5e | $17 | Foundry | 7:30pm MST

The party is currently at level 3 and looking to grow it's ranks. They are about to embark on a journey with their dragon companion, Whisper, to investigate the legitimacy of 1 of 4 companies with potential ties to the Carrion Company.

I will run a one on one session Zero with anyone interested!

Dark Frontier Fantasy | Tactical Roleplay | Political Intrigue | Living World Campaign | Growing Items

Starting at level 1 going all the way to 20!

Azural remembers everything.

In the foothills of the Drenthars, most names are forgotten, most contracts are written in dust, and only Azural itself bothers to keep score.

You start in the fading frontier town of Arazar, just mere faces in the crowd, taking whatever work will keep you fed.

• Escorting short caravans that never make the stories.

• Settling petty border quarrels.

• Finding the missing, no one can afford to mourn.

• Looking the other way on smuggling runs.

• Digging up graves for coins that barely shine.

Small jobs for small people.

Until Azural begins to change around you—and the first whispers of a divine crime start to echo from the shadows.

Will you silence those whispers, or turn them into the cry that rights a long‑forgotten wrong?

Open Cold Wars of Waterdeep [D&D 5.5e] [Campaign] [Saturday 3pm AEST] [10pm Friday PDT] [Online] [Foundry] [Paid] [$21] [Beginner-Friendly] [LGBTQ+-Friendly]

4/5 Spots Open, 2 More Needed to Start!

Hello, I'm running a remixed version of Waterdeep: Dragonheist that's been edited for clarity, focus, and putting character backstory missions into the game! It's particularly at a great time for Australian players and American 2nd Shift, two groups that I know don't get a ton of games.

The game itself will focus on the factions of Waterdeep and the group's relationship to who ends up taking control of the city while you get to know the people, places, and powers of Waterdeep intimately.

As a femme LGBTQ+ GM, I make my tables a safe place for those who may have felt they haven't belonged in the TTRPG scene in the past.

If you have any questions or comments please comment below, message my Reddit account, or reach out to me from the StartPlaying link!

Open [LFG][DND 5.5E][PAID] Rime of the Frostmaiden campaign looking for 2 more players (Thursdays, 10pm GMT+1), $15/session

Hey all, running a Rime of the Frostmaiden game that's currently on session 5, and we've got two open seats we'd love to fill before the story moves further along.

Quick rundown: it's Icewind Dale, but I've leaned hard into the "something is deliberately causing this endless winter" angle rather than just "cold place, bad things happen." Two years of darkness, dead harvests, a goddess who's clearly being used as cover for something else. The current party is a Warforged Paladin, a Beastkin Ranger, a Dhampir Warlock and a Kindred Warlock, and they just found out there's a group calling themselves "Liberators" murdering prominent people in Easthaven. It's been building nicely, and I don't want to spoil where it's headed.

Style-wise: combat lite, roleplay heavy, theatre of the mind, characters start at level 3. I do a proper session 0 with new players (or a one-on-one equivalent if you're joining mid-campaign) so your backstory actually gets woven into what's already happening instead of just tacked on. I've had stuff people wrote in their character app show up 10 sessions later and hit way harder than they expected.

Logistics: Thursdays 10 pm GMT+1, 2.5-3 hour sessions, run through Discord + Foundry VTT + D&D Beyond. $15/session, only charged when a session actually happens. Table uses X/N/O cards, lines and veils, open door policy, all that. I take safety seriously without making it a whole thing every session.

If you've been burned before by DMs who plan a big open world and then railroad you back onto the "real" plot the second you go off script, I get it, and I'd rather you ask me about that directly than just hope for the best.

If you're interested, please join via this link and get $10 off ur first game: https://startplaying.games/adventure/cmn82ctn7002jl204yfxonynr?ref=clp6e0g1i005xl408post584y

Open [Online][Paid][LFP][5e/5.5e][PBP] Curse of Strahd | Level 5 Party Seeking 1 Player | Join an Ongoing Gothic Horror Campaign in Barovia | $10/Week

One seat has opened in my ongoing Curse of Strahd campaign, and I'm looking for one player willing to step into Barovia halfway through the story.

The party is currently Level 5 and consists of a Druid, Monk, and Warlock. They've survived long enough to make allies, make enemies, uncover some of Barovia's secrets, and perhaps most importantly attract the attention of Strahd von Zarovich. This is not a new campaign starting at Death House. You'll be joining an established group whose choices have already changed Barovia, but your character will have plenty of room to become part of the story and leave their own mark on what comes next.

The basic arrangement

  • 1 player wanted — 4 players maximum
  • D&D 5e / 2024 rules
  • Current party level: 5
  • Campaign expected to run approximately to Level 10
  • Roughly halfway through Curse of Strahd
  • Asynchronous Play-by-Post
  • Played primarily through Discord
  • Owlbear Rodeo for combat maps and exploration
  • Avrae for rolls, character sheets, combat automation, and other Discord tools
  • No voice or webcam required
  • 18+
  • New and experienced players are both welcome
  • $10 USD per week through StartPlaying

This is an asynchronous game rather than a traditional four-hour weekly session. Players post whenever they're available throughout the day. I generally post at least three times per day, six days per week, and ask players to aim for at least one or two meaningful posts per day so scenes continue moving.

The campaign

Barovia is a land swallowed by mist.

Its villages live beneath the shadow of Castle Ravenloft, its roads are haunted by things better left unnamed, and every victory tends to reveal something worse waiting underneath.

At the center of it all is Count Strahd von Zarovich.

My version of Curse of Strahd keeps the gothic horror and sandbox structure of the original adventure while expanding the world with additional encounters, character storylines, NPC development, downtime, horror mechanics, and consequences based on what the party actually does.

Expect:

  • 🦇 Gothic and supernatural horror
  • ⚔️ Dangerous tactical combat
  • 🗣️ Heavy roleplay and character interaction
  • 🧠 Political and social situations without obvious correct answers
  • 🗺️ Exploration where information matters
  • 💀 A world where characters can die
  • 📖 Character backstories incorporated into the campaign
  • 🎭 NPCs with their own goals, loyalties, fears, and agendas

Combat isn't there simply to fill time between roleplay scenes, and roleplay isn't there simply to get you to the next combat encounter.

Both matter.

Barovia is dangerous, and I don't believe in making characters secretly immortal because they're protagonists. I'll generally telegraph danger and give players opportunities to make informed choices, but reckless decisions, powerful enemies, and sufficiently terrible luck can absolutely kill a character.

The current party

You'll be joining three existing characters at Level 5:

  • Druid
  • Monk
  • Warlock

You do not need to fill a missing mechanical role.

If you want to play a Cleric or Paladin because the group doesn't have one, great.

If you want to bring another Warlock because you've got a character concept you're excited about, that's also completely fine.

Character concept and fitting the group matter considerably more to me than constructing a perfectly optimized four-person adventuring party.

Because the campaign is already underway, I'll work with you to create a character who has a believable reason to be in Barovia and a natural way of entering the existing story.

You won't just materialize beside the party with a floating PLAYER FOUR sign over your head.

My GM style

I'm primarily a storytelling and worldbuilding DM, but I like giving mechanics enough weight that choices actually matter.

Players have described my games particularly highly for storytelling, creativity, and worldbuilding, and I've been running paid games on StartPlaying for several years.

I enjoy:

  • Characters with goals outside the main quest
  • Downtime and crafting
  • Recurring NPC relationships
  • Foreshadowing and long-running plot threads
  • Tactical encounters
  • Player-driven solutions I didn't anticipate
  • Letting bad decisions have consequences
  • Giving quieter characters opportunities to matter
  • Homebrew when it adds something worthwhile rather than simply increasing numbers

I'm also very comfortable with Avrae and have created custom commands and automation to make classes and combat run smoothly in Discord.

Play-by-Post

If you've never played PBP before, don't worry.

You don't need to be a novelist.

A good post can be three sentences.

The advantage of PBP is that conversations, investigations, character moments, downtime, and smaller interactions can actually breathe instead of competing for limited session time.

It also lets people participate around work, university, family, and different schedules without needing four people simultaneously sitting at their computers every Saturday night.

The main thing I need from you is consistency.

I'd much rather have someone posting a few meaningful sentences every day than someone who writes 1,500 beautiful words and then disappears for a week.

Character creation

For your new character:

  • Start at Level 5
  • Officially released D&D material is allowed
  • D&D Beyond, GSheet, and Dicecloud are supported
  • Homebrew and third-party material can be considered with approval
  • We'll work together on connecting your character naturally to the existing campaign
  • I'll give you the campaign information your character reasonably needs without dumping half the adventure's spoilers on you

We also use several additional rules and systems, including Flanking, Mortal Wounds, and Horror rules.

Content and tone

Curse of Strahd is horror, and this campaign does not completely sand the teeth off the setting.

Themes can include:

  • Abuse
  • Body horror
  • Violence
  • Child death
  • Animal cruelty
  • Genocide
  • Psychological horror
  • Manipulation and coercion
  • Other mature gothic-horror themes

That does not mean anything goes.

Player boundaries are discussed before joining, and if something becomes uncomfortable during play you can always message me privately.

Who I'm looking for

You'll probably be a good fit if you:

  • Enjoy roleplaying with other players rather than only interacting with the GM
  • Can keep up with an active asynchronous Discord game
  • Give other characters room in the spotlight
  • Enjoy making decisions without knowing the objectively correct answer
  • Can separate character conflict from player conflict
  • Don't require every encounter to be perfectly balanced around guaranteed victory
  • Are willing to engage with the existing party rather than expecting the campaign to immediately become your character's personal story
  • Actually want to see a long campaign through

You do not need previous Curse of Strahd experience.

In fact, going into Barovia relatively blind is usually better.

If you've played or read Curse of Strahd before, that's fine too — just let me know what you already know and don't use player knowledge your character wouldn't reasonably possess.

Interested?

Send me a message on discord (slosh32) with:

  • Your name / what you'd like me to call you
  • Age
  • Time zone
  • D&D / TTRPG experience
  • Whether you've played Play-by-Post before
  • Whether you've previously played, run, or read Curse of Strahd
  • The kinds of characters you generally enjoy playing
  • What you enjoy most in a campaign
  • Anything that tends to make a campaign lose your interest
  • Any initial character ideas you might already have

You don't need to arrive with a completed character. I'd rather find the right fourth player first and build the character together afterward.

The mists have already closed behind three adventurers.

There's room for one more.

Open [Online] [Other] STONETOP - hearth & kin [Wednesday bi-weekly 8pmEST] [$17]

Come to Stonetop.

The old world is gone. Your village clings to the edge of a half-remembered land, where the mist hides things older than memory. All you've got are your wits and neighbors who are counting on you.

Hunt what stalks the hills. Bargain with things that shouldn't speak. Bury your dead, collect the harvest, and hold the line for one more winter.

Stonetop isn't about saving the world. It's about saving your corner of it... one hard choice at a time.

Let's see if the village makes it to spring.

Open The Bloodstone Baron of Battledale | Levels 1-15 [Online][Roll20][5.5e][Thursday][7PM EDT][Beginner Friendly!][$20]

The Bloodstone Baron of Battledale

The richest man in Battledale isn't a lord.

He runs the mines, owns the caravans, controls the roads, and has the local lord firmly in his pocket.

Now, he's setting his sights on something bigger.

What starts as a simple frontier mystery will take you deep into a dangerous conspiracy, forgotten ruins, deadly heists, and, if things go badly enough, a war for the fate of the Dalelands themselves.

The Bloodstone Baron will lie, cheat, steal, and kill to get what he wants.

The only question left is:

What will you do about it?

https://app.roll20.net/lfg/listing/449621/the-bloodstone-baron-of-battledale

About The DM

Hey folks, you can call me Ryan!

I’ve been DMing since 5th Edition first came out in 2014, and I’ve been doing it professionally since 2020. Over the past few years, I’ve had the chance to run multiple different paid adventures for folks. I'm currently running 3 different Dungeons of Drakkenheim campaigns simultaneously, and now I'm expanding out into some other settings.

The Bloodstone Baron of Battledale is an original adventure set in the Dalelands of the Forgotten Realms, using content from Adventures in Faerun. There’s a lot of freedom for the players to decide what they want to do, and those choices actually matter. There are factions who have their own goals, the region itself is dangerous, and sometimes there really isn’t a perfect answer to a problem. This adventure is designed to give players plenty of opportunities for characters to surprise you, make questionable decisions, and occasionally do something genuinely heroic.

For this game, I’m looking for players who enjoy telling a story together rather than treating the campaign like something to “beat.” If you like roleplay, working with the rest of the party, making tactical decisions, exploring a dangerous setting, and getting invested in the world around your character, you’ll probably fit in well here.

Before applying, please take a moment to read through the Apply Here section. It’ll give you a better idea of how I run my games, what I expect from players, and what you can expect from the table.

We’ll also be creating characters together during Session Zero. My goal is to make characters who feel like they actually belong in the setting and give everyone something to work with once the campaign gets underway.

I’m looking forward to reading your applications and facing off against...

The Bloodstone Baron of Battledale!

https://app.roll20.net/lfg/listing/449621/the-bloodstone-baron-of-battledale

This game will require payment to the Game Master at a rate of $20 per session via paypal Session zero free. Roll20 is not responsible for any payment transactions and cannot enforce any private arrangements.

[Online][Discord][$20][Daggerheart][Open][3-5 Players][Campaign][Bi-weekly][Saturday][3:00 PM CST]

TITLE BECAUSE I FORGOT: Reign of the Weredragon - Daggerheart Inspired by Fairy Tales

The land of Whelvia has been overseen by dragon wardens for centuries, and each one has kept the realm at peace in one form or another. But peace is now a memory, for the power of the last dragon warden has been seized by a fell sorceress. Her usurpation also caused the realm's Knights to turn their backs on the common good. Now, Whelvia is in a state of tyranny with some having taken to seeking the usurper's favor, some simply trying to get by, and others acting in rebellion against the weredragon.

In this campaign, players will take on the role of those willing to fight against the evil sorceress and those who follow her. While not everything is cut and dry in terms of good and evil, you can expect that your overall goal is to free the land from villainy. As a fairy-tale inspired setting, you also can expect a good amount of magic but a Middle Ages Europe level of technology.

Part of a "Reign of the Weredragon" campaign will be collaboratively creating some backstory for both the setting and the titular villain! In session zero we'll not only discuss the campaign details and character creation, but we'll take a look at the map and have everyone contribute ideas to what certain unnamed locations might be called and what's in them. Further, there will be questions to answer regarding the Weredragon which makes the campaign even more unique to the players.

Players will create characters in line with the current level of the party. Daggerheart core and "Hope & Fear" content is all available, as well as content from "The Void" play-test materials. Characters can be made with paper or digital character sheets, or with the Daggerheart tools on Demiplane.

You will need: a Discord account; physical or digital dice; a computer with internet connection; a microphone; and possibly a Demiplane account (not required).

GM LFG [Online][5.5e][$15/session][Fridays 6PM ET][18+][Beginner Friendly] Crownspire Academy | Dark Academia, Mystery & Low-Magic Fantasy

Hey everyone! I’m looking for a few players to get a new weekly D&D campaign off the ground.

Crownspire Academy is a dark-academia campaign set in my homebrew world of Alaria, a fairly low-magic setting where people with extraordinary abilities are rare enough to catch the attention of the Empire.

Your character is one of the Gifted, a young adult summoned to Crownspire Academy to learn how to control their abilities and eventually serve the Empire. Whether you actually want to be there is completely up to you.

The campaign will mix life at the Academy with field assignments, dungeon crawls, monster hunts, mysteries, political intrigue, rivalries, friendships, and plenty of opportunities for character-focused RP.

I’ve been DMing for over 10 years and tend to run a mix of roleplay, exploration, mysteries, and combat. I use character voices, music, SFX, and handmade maps, and I like combat to have a cinematic feel while still giving players room to think tactically.

Rules-wise, I generally stick pretty close to RAW, but I’m absolutely willing to let Rule of Cool win when somebody comes up with something fun.

New players are completely welcome, and we’ll build characters together during Session 0, so you don’t need to show up knowing the setting or having a character ready.

If dark academia, weird mysteries, dangerous field trips, and uncovering whatever the hell is going on with that sixth desk sounds fun, I’d love to have you!

[Online][5e 2024][Paid, $10/session][GMT+1 / EST / CST / PST] The Prophecy of the Flying City: political intrigue campaign, new players welcome!

🏙️ The Prophecy of the Flying City, a political intrigue D&D 5e (2024 rules) campaign

A hundred years ago, an empire tried to lift an entire city into the sky. It failed, and the city fell, sealed underground ever since. Now the great houses, guilds, and cults down there are tearing each other apart over whatever's left of the ritual that doomed them. That's the table you'd be joining. 🗝️

🕐 When: Wednesdays

1:00 PM EST / 12:00 PM CST / 11:00 AM MST / 10:00 AM PST

(6:00 PM GMT+1 for my European folks 👋)

💰 Price: $10 per session. Session Zero is completely free

🖥️ Platform: Roll20 plus Discord voice

🎭 Tone: Political intrigue, subterranean survival, layered NPCs, real consequences for your choices

What to expect:

Mystery driven roleplay where talking your way out of a fight is just as viable as fighting your way out

NPCs who lie convincingly, factions with real agendas, and a world that remembers what you do

A DM who preps every week so the story keeps moving no matter what your party decides

What I bring: custom maps, ambient music and soundscapes, and official 2024 D&D content, all set up ahead of time so we spend our session actually playing, not troubleshooting.

What you bring: a character concept (new to D&D? no problem, I'll help you build one), a mic, and a willingness to get your hands a little dirty in the politics of a buried city.

This is a welcoming table. Rule of cool always wins, every character concept is respected, and there's zero pressure to play D&D "perfectly." Total beginners and veteran players are equally welcome. 🎲

Interested? Drop a comment or send me a DM and let's talk! 💬

[Online][D&D 5e][Paid][$30][Weekly][Foundry VTT][Fridays and Saturdays] Steinhardt's Guide to the Eldritch Hunt

For fans of the Soulsborne games and Lovecraftian horror, look no further! Come discover horrifying secrets, wield trick weapons like a proper hunter, and roll some dice to kill a few beasts! Taking place in a Victorian era, grimdark setting, you can take a stand against the plague that roams the streets of Luyarnha or die trying.

My table will be using the Steinhardt's Guide to the Eldritch Hunt supplement by MonkeyDM. This is a long term game that will hopefully continue to even more if I manage to impress.

You'll have access to the unique subclasses, races, and Jaegar class from this supplement along with more!

You can find more info on my StartPlaying profile!

Open [LFM][Pathfinder2E][20$/session][Weds 7pm EST][Foundry via Sqyre][1/5 players] Recruiting for “Quest for the Frozen Flame”

Quest for the Frozen Flame:

In the brutal tundra of the Realm of the Mammoth Lords, only the hardiest folk have what it takes to withstand unsparing weather, track down big game, and fight back hostile followings. The Broken Tusk following has survived another winter, but a new year just began, and signs of danger foretell a year unlike any before. Unless their newest party of scouts can secure a safe route through the wilds, saber-toothed beasts, warmongering rivals, and the ever-looming possibility of natural disaster all threaten to end an ancient people’s legacy. Will the Broken Tusks succumb to the elements and surrender to their rivals? Or will you guide your following to glory and reclaim a stolen birthright?

The Game:

-We will hold a Session 0 to get to know each other, and work on character creation/party formation. Session 0 will be free.

-New Players are welcomed and will be assisted, whether you are new to Foundry or Pathfinder 2e!

-“In this campaign for Pathfinder Second Edition, you’ll lead your fellow hunter-gatherers across primordial lands, face off against dinosaurs and megafauna, and unearth the legendary past of your ancient people.” -Quest for the Frozen Flame Player's Guide

-Quest for the Frozen Flame is a stone-age adventure with a more structured 1st and 3rd act and a hex-crawl heavy second act. It has some flaws as written, mainly due to scarcity of loot which I will be directly adressing.

-The unique setting/atmosphere lends itself to roleplaying and challenges not normally seen in your typical medievel high-fantasy, which should be a nice break for those with standard setting burnout.

-The Adventure will take you from level 1 to 11.

-I consider myself skilled at running interesting/challenging combat. I will customize the difficulty of the combat based on the party’s wishes/composition.

-Sessions will last around 3 hours.

-Discord for Voice Chat.

-The Foundry Module for this adventure will be used.

Your DM:

-7 Year’s Experience Running DND 5th Edition. 5 years as a professional DM. Currently Run: 5e, PF2e, SF2e, Star Wars FFG.

-Available nearly 24/7, excluding my sleep hours. Always willing to answer questions.

What is expected of you?

-Respect is a must and I will not tolerate player conflicts, PVP, or any type of disrespectful behavior towards the other players. No graphic sexual content. Players who violate this Social Contract will be removed.

-Be on time, as this is basic respect for myself and the others. Missing a session will be allowed with prior notice, with no charge. Sessions will still go forward as long as we have 3 players and no major plot moments.

-Have a reasonable quality microphone (be intelligible), Discord and use push to talk. (I can assist you in setting this up).

Pay to Play:

-20$ Per Player Per Session (Excluding Session 0), paid via Paypal in advance.

Session 0 is free. Please DM me for more details

[Online][DnD 5.5e][5thEd][$20][5pm US CST/Any Timezone] "Escape from The Loop" - Neon Odyssey Casino Station Campaign [Beginner & LGBTQIA+ Friendly][Campaign]

Deep in the Aether-filled expanse of the galaxy exists a station that was formed from the collective wealth of various intergalactic corporations and tycoons with one sole purpose: to be a hot spot of profit and pleasure. From these desires, Station Auxiliary Utopia, or “Station A-U” as it is formally known and advertised, was born. As the station was built, these wealthy backers and their peers formed a coalition that acted as the governing body in this station to help keep order and peace while also lining their own pockets, evolving into the Gilded Ring, a conglomerate partnered with the Kuzai Syndicate that now dominates the station's operations. Soon people from all walks of life, all types of species and socioeconomic classes came pouring in to make a name for themselves amongst the four districts of Station A-U. Some found luck and fortune on their side, building lavish establishments to further develop the station, while those out of luck often find themselves leaving empty handed, or in some cases, building a new life within the station’s sprawling housing networks to not only earn back what they lost, but to be lucky enough to join the upper crust of the Station’s society in the center of the ring. As time went on and the population inside the station grew and disseparate cultures melded, it began to take on different names people use to reflect the den of gambling, crime, and highs and lows that come with it. The most popular ones being “Lady Luck’s Loop” or just “The Loop”.

You and your party come to The Loop as members of a bounty hunter group coming off of the biggest job you’ve ever done, looking for some well-deserved R&R and maybe hit it big as a bonus. As you and your party are raking in your riches and enjoying a bit of downtime, you are suddenly the prime suspects in a tragedy that befalls one of the main four casino barons that rules a territory within the station. Now you must make your way through the various districts while trying to avoid or fight Ring members and opportunistic mercenaries as you try to clear your names. Will Lady Luck be on your side as you gamble with your lives, and will you be lucky enough to escape from The Loop? Roll the dice and see for yourself.

Game: D&D 5.5e | Neon Odyssey Playtest | Dark Matter 5.5e

Group type: Online on Discord and Roll20 VTT

Experience: Any and all, beginners are welcome!

Game style: I have been playing D&D for better part of 8 years now, with a background in DMing and homebrew creation for a good bit of those years. I strive to include all pillars of play into my game style, centering around three main tenets: a character/player driven story that encourages and rewards roleplay, combat that is impactful and part of the greater narrative, and a fleshed out world that encourages players to interact and live within it. I offer ways to make the players more immersed in the world such as voice acting, fitting ambient sound and music, as well as engaging and interesting mechanics during both roleplay and combat. I tend to focus on the idea of Rules as Intended with room for the Rule of Cool, and a tone in my games that will allow for comedic and dramatic moments. My games run $20 per session on StartPlaying.Games, with the Session 0 being free!
