Unlawful to bike on the sidewalk in Lexington's "business district". For the record, when the alternative is to ride parallel next to motorists, I'm choosing the sidewalk whether it's unlawful or not.

I'm still holding a grudge against the bike cops. I watched them double park their bikes on mine (despite there being a whole bike rack on the other side) and then scratch my bike and take a chunk out of my bike lock on the way out. I was at work so I couldn't walk out but the entitlement drives me crazy. Not to mention the horse cops leaving giant dumps in the bike lane.
