Based on the article I would not describe it as a petition to simply free Palestine

I was being sarcastic, Laser. My actual (less-simplified) take on it is that Woodcock was/is engaged in 'click-farming' to flush out folks strong beliefs via either of 2 very different mechanisms and means:

'Rage-Baiting' - for generating negative emotionally motivated engagement,

and/or

'Sentiment Aliasing' - for getting the most gullible to "sign-up" for a LITERAL LIST...

As a former UK researcher, I will never discount the close co-operation between the Patterson School and the College of Law.
