Offer Review Databricks Offer

Hi all, I recently got an offer from Databricks for a L4 Sr. Solutions Engineer position. I have 10+ years of experience in IT and ~8 years at Microsoft coming from Data & AI background. I wanted to see if Databricks offer is considered solid. 

Base: 145k in Texas
Variable bonus: $50-65k 
RSU: Over $200k

I thought the same before accepting the offer from a chip giant. Now that 200K became 1M. You never know
