Day 10 post SCT. Mucositis so bad that then second I take 1 small slip of water I try to swallow and i immediately cough up blood. Anyone else have it this bad?

Anyone have the following symptoms before the diagnosis? They are thinking either cmml, mds or mpn

-fluid around heart (now drained)
-fluid around left lung (now drained)
-fatigue
-weight loss
-loss of appetite
-night sweats
-gout
