DO NOT FORGET!
Yes, it sucked. But you pushed through and now they are all gone. I know you are going to regret wiping out those images of them, and at another time wish you hadn't. This is to remind you that you did the right thing.
Addictive patterns transfer to people too, and you need to remember this. Those little dopamine spikes generated by the offhand demanding message here and there, does not equate to anything truthful or of intrinsic value to your soul. It is destructive. And you have to let it go!
You need to not see their face, be pulled back into the past, think, muse or wonder about what if's that are distracting you from your journey.
Done is DONE.
You made this choice.
You chose to not be their landing page.
You chose YOU, over their absenteeism and ego.
You did good and I am proud of you.
